I've been working with Tates of Sussex, a family-run group of garden centres, to refine their existing identity and establish full brand guidelines for use in-house. We also developed a new sub-brand for their loyalty programme Tates Rewards. Making sure their style is applied consistently across various sites means that the new loyalty programme can really stand out against other messaging.
